For support teams · AI Receptionist in development

An AI Receptionist for
the calls you can't take.

It's being built now: it will answer when you can't, take the details, book only what's clearly agreed, and pass the rest to you. Set it up and try a test conversation today — it doesn't answer real calls yet.

What changes on a busy day

  • The phone gets answered (in development)

When everyone is busy, the AI Receptionist will pick up, say it's an AI, ask the basics and hold a clearly agreed time. You can set it up and test it today; it isn't answering calls yet.

  • Details taken once

Name, number, reason for calling — taken once and written to the customer's page, so nobody has to ask twice.

  • Hand it to a person

When a caller asks for a person, it transfers to the number you choose — or takes a message if nobody answers.

  • Look back at any call

Play the call, read the words, see who spoke. Good for training, good for fixing mistakes.
