From a conversation to a next step, without the admin

RichRep sits with you through the conversation and does the writing up afterwards. Here is the whole flow.

  1. 01

    Start the conversation

Call from RichRep, record an in-person meeting, or keep your usual dialer open with the Live Coach browser extension. You choose which conversations are included.

  2. 02

    Get help while you talk

As the conversation goes on, RichRep shows short prompts: the question worth asking, an answer to a concern, and how much of the talking you are doing.

  3. 03

    Keep the notes without typing

When the conversation ends you get a summary, the concerns your contact raised, and a follow-up message you can edit before it goes anywhere.

  4. 04

Act on one clear next step

Each contact keeps a single next action with a date. Your day starts with the list of people who need you today, not a blank screen.

You stay in control

You decide what gets recorded

Recording and live help only start when you turn them on for that conversation, and you can stop at any time.

Your workspace is your own

Contacts, calls and notes belong to your workspace. Teammates see them only when they are members of that same workspace.

Nothing is sent for you

Follow-up messages are drafts. They stay drafts until you read them and choose to send.
